Building Food Sensitivity Awareness

We all have unique reactions to various foods we ingest which can affect our energy, immune and general wellbeing. Becoming aware of your own personal diet requirements can bring about a giant leap forward towards becoming the best version of yourself.

This done first by removing most foods (especially grains, nuts, seeds, dairy and eggs) from your diet until you establish a baseline of what normal and good feels like. Once you’re there, start adding foods back in one at a time and maintaining an awareness of how you feel afterwards.

In this video I describe my experiment yesterday, and how it showed me that Black Beans are a food that I personally should avoid.

Thanks for watching!

  1. This is excellent information! I suffered migraines and in my experiments I found it was caused by chocolate, aged cheddar cheese/yellow cheeses, onions. Of course then came the nitrites in the processed meats. Bacon, sandwich, meat, sausages.
As I grow older I have noticed the very thing your speaking to here. Pasta, processed sugars, and just when I feel crappy I make note if what I ate in the past 2-3 hours.
An old doctor once said, โ€œ80% of headaches start in the stomach.โ€, and he recommended alka seltzer for headaches. Since I donโ€™t like taking any meds if I can help it, I have just been taking note on my intake. Something I wish I had learned much earlier in my life. Great subject matter. Ty! ๐Ÿ’•๐ŸŒธ
