WEEKLY SCHEDULE
- 6 Days - Intermittent Fast w/ Chlorine Dioxide & Supplements
- 1 Day - Full Fast w/ Electrolytes & Activated Charcoal
DAILY SCHEDULE
- 08:00am - Chlorine Dioxide
- 08:30am - Nattokinase
- 09:00am - Chlorine Dioxide
- 09:30am - Bromelain
- 10:00am - Chlorine Dioxide
- 11:00am - Chlorine Dioxide
- 11:45am - NAC w/ Glycine, Vitamin C, Quercetin, Turmeric, Zinc w/ Copper, B Complex, ADK, Pregnenolone, Krill Oil, Lion's Mane
- 12:00pm - Start Eating
- 06:00pm - Stop Eating
- 08:00pm - Magnesium, Milk Thistle, Melatonin
- 09:00pm - Activated Charcoal
